Wild New Way Women’s Collective with Cynthia Adams

  • Wild New Way 1315 Main Ave Durango United States (map)

Forest Bathing with Cynthia AdamsWhat happens when you stop trying to figure everything out and simply allow yourself to be present?

Join Cynthia Adams for a thoughtful and experiential morning exploring the practice of Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, a restorative approach to slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and cultivating greater presence in everyday life.

Drawing from her experience and personal connection to this practice, Cynthia will guide us through a conversation about what it means to move through life with more awareness, intention, and relationship with the natural world. Rather than focusing on productivity or achievement, this gathering invites us to pause, listen, and notice what emerges when we give ourselves permission to slow down.

In a culture that often celebrates busyness, Forest Bathing offers a different path. One that reminds us that clarity, insight, and connection are often found not by doing more, but by becoming fully present to where we already are.

During This Gathering, Cynthia Will Explore:

  • The principles and benefits of Forest Bathing.

  • How nature can support greater presence and well-being.

  • Practical ways to bring this practice into everyday life.

  • Reflection, conversation, and meaningful connection.

Sometimes the most meaningful shift isn't adding something new. It's slowing down enough to notice what's already here.
