Introduction to Jungian Dreamwork
Dreams often stay with us for a reason.
A recurring image, a familiar feeling, or a dream that lingers long after we wake up can sometimes point toward something deeper, asking for our attention.
In this Introduction to Jungian Dreamwork workshop, we'll explore a grounded, approachable way to understand dreams through the work of Carl Jung.
Rather than viewing dreams as random events, Jung believed they are meaningful communications from the unconscious mind that can offer insight into our emotions, relationships, recurring patterns, and inner life.
Together, we'll explore how dreams communicate through symbols, images, emotions, and themes that often reflect experiences unfolding beneath the surface of everyday awareness.
This is not about finding a single "correct" interpretation. It is about developing greater curiosity, self-awareness, and a more meaningful relationship with your inner world.
Whether you are completely new to dreamwork or have been curious about your dreams for years, this gathering offers a welcoming place to begin.
