This month, the Wild New Way Women’s Collective welcomes guest speaker Anne Bartlett for a grounded and experiential gathering exploring trust, support, connection, and embodied awareness.
Anne’s work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves and others in a more honest, relational, and grounded way. Through guided movement, reflection, and experiential exploration, she creates space for women to step out of constant thinking and reconnect with what they are actually feeling in the moment.
Many women spend so much time analyzing emotions, relationships, and experiences that they slowly lose connection with their bodies, intuition, and emotional presence. Anne gently guides participants through approachable experiences centered around listening, trust, support, relational awareness, and noticing how we relate to ourselves and others in real time.
This is not about performance, dance experience, or getting anything “right.” The focus is on curiosity, awareness, and creating a safe and welcoming environment where women can explore connection in a more present and embodied way.
If you’ve been feeling emotionally disconnected, stuck in your head, guarded in relationships, overwhelmed internally, or simply craving more meaningful connection, this gathering offers a different kind of space to explore those experiences with honesty, care, and openness.
No prior movement or embodiment experience is needed.
