This group is an evolution of the mindfulness classes I have taught in the past and will incorporate live online group coaching and instruction. You will still learn the basics of mindfulness and be guided in beginning and sustaining your own practice as well as work within a true coaching model. This will also draw from my current training as a Jungian Life Coach. (let me know if you would like more details about this)
This is for anyone who has been curious about or wanting to begin a mindfulness practice or create more support and depth around their current practice. This will be done in a safe container of a women-only group to also allow for a more relatable and personal experience.
